Dolomite lime

Dolomite lime is more than just a limestone variant, it contains 30.41% CaO, 21.86% MgO and 47.73% CO2, in its purest form. Normally it appears in rhombohedral crystals and generally these crystals are deformed habit, very squashed, curved saddle-shaped or massive, compact or in the form of small geodes (in dolomites). It is often found as granular masses.

This mineral with a high degree of purity is very important particularly for applications such as:
